GRADUATION: You are invited to participate in the Commencement Festivities for ETSS on May 12 – 13, 2008. Evensong will take place on Monday, May 12 at 6 p.m. in Christ Chapel with a reception following in Weeks Campus Center. Tuesday, May 13 at 10:00 a.m. Commencement will be held at St. Matthew’s followed by a reception in the Courtyard. Edson’s graduation invitation is posted on the bulletin board in the parish hall.

VESTRY SPECIAL MEETING: Tuesday, May 13, 7:00 p.m. Bob Schorr of the Diocese of Texas will be here to meet with the Vestry members.

ST. JOHN’S MUSICAL TALENT SHOW: Sponsored by the St. John’s Choir “and Friends” - Sunday night June 8, at 7:00 PM. Musicians of all ages and abilities are invited to share their most recent recital piece, UIL selection, or favorite song. See Philip Riley to sign up.

NON-PERISHABLE FOODS: We have a basket in the Church Narthex for canned goods, rice, beans, and other non-perishable foods. Please help those in need by bringing an item or two when you come to church.

THE FLOWER CHART FOR 2008 is hanging in the narthex. The cost for providing altar flowers is $30.00. Sign up today.

COFFEE HOUR HOSTS: Sign up to be next Sunday’s coffee host and bring juice and treats to your fellow parishioners. Make it even easier by signing up with a buddy and split the set up and clean up duties! (The “cleanup duties” are listed on a sheet in the Kitchen.)
